Individual Therapy

Life gets overwhelming — whether the past won’t leave you alone, the present feels like a struggle, or you’re bracing for what’s next. You don’t have to keep carrying it all on your own. In one-on-one sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s weighing you down, get to the roots of the pain, and begin the work of healing — so you can move through life feeling more grounded, more present, and more like yourself. Real change is possible. With the right support, things can start to feel different — not overnight, but in deep and lasting ways.

Healing Intensives

Some seasons call for more focused support. If you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed, healing intensives offer a deeper, more spacious way to do the work. Instead of traditional weekly sessions, we’ll meet for longer blocks of time — typically 2 to 6 hours — on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. This gives us room to slow down, stay with what’s coming up, and move through the deeper layers that can’t always be reached in shorter sessions. Whether you’re carrying trauma, navigating burnout, or facing a big transition, intensives offer the time, depth, and presence needed for meaningful change.
