Trauma Healing Intensives
A focused, flexible path for deeper healing—when you’re ready to move beyond coping
Does the Thought of Week After Week of Therapy Feel... Exhausting?
Does committing to weekly sessions for months—or years—feel overwhelming?
Have you done the weekly therapy thing before… only to feel like it didn’t go deep enough?
Or maybe your schedule just can’t hold one more recurring appointment—and you’re looking for something more focused, more flexible, and more impactful.
You’re not alone.
Some people thrive in weekly therapy. But for others, it can feel like:
Talking in circles
Never quite getting to the root
Losing momentum between sessions
Or dragging out healing they’re ready to move through now
That’s why Trauma Healing Intensives exist.
Instead of working around the clock or calendar, we work around you—your needs, your nervous system, and your capacity for change.
Whether you’ve done therapy before or this is your first time exploring healing, intensives create a safe, structured space to go deeper—with more focus, more support, and more freedom.
What Is a Trauma Healing Intensive?
A Trauma Healing Intensive offers a longer, customized space for focused healing, integration, and deep inner work.
Intensives integrate:
EMDR therapy to reprocess distressing memories
Parts work to explore protective and wounded aspects of your inner world
Somatic strategies to support nervous system regulation and body-based healing
Resourcing tools to help you feel safe, grounded, and supported
Attachment-focused insight to connect your past pain to present patterns
This isn’t just a longer therapy session—it’s a carefully held space for healing that honors the complexity of your story and the capacity of your nervous system.
You don’t have to rush. You don’t have to fragment your healing across weeks.
You get to settle in, stay with the work, and leave feeling more whole.
Why Weekly 50-Minute Sessions Aren’t Always Enough
Traditional therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long. While that structure can support ongoing insight and emotional maintenance, it often isn’t enough for deep trauma work.
With weekly therapy, you might:
Spend the first 10–15 minutes settling in or catching up
Just start accessing something vulnerable when it’s time to stop
Leave sessions feeling raw or “unfinished”
Lose momentum between appointments because life gets in the way
Feel like you’re circling around a wound without fully moving through it
Trauma needs space to unfold. Nervous systems need time to settle. Transformation requires more than insight—it requires presence, pacing, and integration.
That’s where Trauma Healing Intensives come in.
They allow us to stay with the work instead of cutting it off when things start to get real. You get time to explore what’s surfacing, pause when needed, and walk away feeling more complete—not cracked open.
How Can a Trauma Healing Intensive Help You?
These intensives aren’t just about revisiting the past—they’re about reclaiming your present.
Clients often leave their intensive feeling:
Clearer about what’s been holding them back
More connected to their emotions, body, and inner voice
Relieved after finally moving through something they’ve avoided for years
Validated—like their pain finally makes sense
Less reactive in daily life, especially in relationships or conflict
More grounded and emotionally steady
Empowered to move forward with new clarity, tools, and hope
You might not leave “done,” but you’ll leave different—in a way that finally feels like progress.
What You Can Work On in a Trauma Healing Intensive
Clients often use intensives to address:
Childhood emotional neglect, abuse, or parentification
Persistent anxiety that won’t resolve with logic or coping skills
The emotional aftermath of betrayal, abandonment, or infidelity
A specific traumatic event (accident, medical trauma, assault, etc.)
Codependency, enmeshment, and over-functioning in relationships
Difficulty setting boundaries or expressing needs
Lingering grief, guilt, or regret over a relationship or family role
Emotional numbness, dissociation, or shutdown
Panic, shame, or rage that feels disproportionate but uncontrollable
Inner conflict or self-sabotaging parts that keep blocking progress
Unprocessed memories that still hold emotional charge
You don’t have to come in with a clear plan.

Healing, at Your Pace
Trauma healing happens in layers — and sometimes the most effective work unfolds through focused, extended sessions spaced over weeks or months, rather than weekly 50-minute therapy. My Trauma Healing Intensives are designed to support exactly that: deep, personalized work in a format that gives your system the space it needs to process and integrate safely.
Each intensive includes:
A one-time 60-minute Pre-Intensive Planning Session to clarify goals, discuss pacing, and build your roadmap
A custom healing workbook created just for you
Your chosen 3–6 hour intensive, scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly
A one-time 30-minute Integration Session, scheduled when you feel ready to reflect and consolidate the work
🔸 3-Hour Intensive
Total Fee: $895
Deposit: $450 | Balance Due: $445
A shorter intensive with strong containment — ideal for clients who prefer consistent but moderate pacing. Many clients choose this format for multiple sessions as part of a broader process.
Examples of how this format may be used across sessions:
EMDR processing one layer or theme at a time
Exploring emotional blocks or defensive parts
Stabilizing the nervous system between deeper work
Gaining traction with parts work in manageable pieces
Building capacity before addressing early trauma content
🔸 4-Hour Intensive
Total Fee: $1,095
Deposit: $550 | Balance Due: $545
Offers additional space to follow the work without rushing — especially helpful when sessions involve parts negotiation, emotional processing, or more complex internal dynamics.
Often chosen for:
Expanding EMDR reprocessing beyond a single belief or event
Making connections between past and present relational patterns
Diving into layered or ambiguous emotional experiences
Allowing more time for regulation, grounding, and closure
🔸 5-Hour Intensive
Total Fee: $1,295
Deposit: $650 | Balance Due: $645
A strong mid-range option for systems that need time to settle into work, stay with it, and come out fully grounded. This format gives space for deeper integration within the session itself.
Common uses include:
Addressing complex trauma themes over multiple sessions
Moving between parts work, EMDR, and body-based processing
Unpacking identity-level or family-of-origin trauma
Reconnecting to emotional experiences long held at a distance
🔸 6-Hour Intensive
Total Fee: $1,495
Deposit: $750 | Balance Due: $745
Best for clients who are ready for sustained deep work and have the capacity for extended processing and rest breaks. Some clients choose this format for all sessions; others use it periodically for major breakthroughs.
This format supports:
Complex trauma work across time periods and identities
Blending multiple approaches (EMDR, somatic, parts) in one session
Systems that take longer to establish felt safety or process through stuck points
Periodic deep dives within a broader intensive series

This session will allow me to create a customized workbook to support your emotional preparation between sessions. The fee for this session is included in your deposit.
