Breakthrough Therapy Intensives

A personalized path to clarity, peace, and real emotional change.

Offering trauma-informed intensive therapy programs for adults in Oklahoma seeking meaningful, lasting change.

Does Weekly Therapy Feel Like It’s Not Enough?

Maybe you’ve thought about therapy—but nothing about the traditional model feels right. You’re not looking for another thing to squeeze into your week, only to spend the first 15 minutes catching up and the last 10 trying not to unravel anything too big. You’re not interested in surface-level coping tools or endless talking that never leads to change.

You want focused support. Real progress. And a way of working that honors both your time and your emotional reality.

Breakthrough Therapy Intensives were created for exactly that. These are personalized, structured programs that offer dedicated space to do the deeper work—without the drag of weekly sessions. We go further, faster, but always with care. You’ll get the support, clarity, and momentum your system has been craving.

Breakthrough Therapy Intensives offer a different path. With extended time and a structured, individualized approach, we move efficiently and meaningfully through what’s been keeping you stuck. This isn’t therapy stretched out—it’s therapy that cuts to the heart of what matters, with space to stay with the work and actually shift.

Who These Intensives Are For

Breakthrough Therapy Intensives are designed for adults who want real change—not just coping skills or weekly check-ins. You may be carrying trauma, navigating loss, managing relentless anxiety, or silently drowning in the weight of over-functioning. Whatever brings you here, this is a space for depth, clarity, and emotional movement.

These programs are especially impactful for high-performing professionals, first responders, healthcare professionals, caregivers, executives, and others used to staying in control. If you're the one everyone turns to—but inside you feel depleted or disconnected—these intensives give you the protected time and support to finally turn inward.

Whether you’re in a season of burnout, transition, or reckoning, this is for you.

How Breakthrough Therapy Intensives Work Differently

Unlike traditional therapy, intensives give us room to stay with what’s surfacing—without rushing through or shutting it down. You’re not being squeezed into a weekly slot. You’re entering a structured, focused space built entirely around your needs, goals, and capacity.

With uninterrupted time and a trauma-informed pace, we can move through material that’s too complex or layered for short sessions. Clients often share that what we process in a few focused intensives would have taken months to even access in weekly therapy.

This isn’t just more therapy. It’s therapy that actually moves.

Whether you’re used to staying in control—at work, at home, in crisis—or you’ve simply never had a space that felt safe enough to let your guard down, these intensives meet you there. They’re designed for people who carry a lot, often silently. People who are seen as steady, capable, and strong—but who are ready to feel something more: clarity, ease, self-trust.

This is where we begin that work. Together.

Choose Your Path

Each intensive program is fully customized, but many clients are drawn to one of the following themes:

🔹 Rooted: A Trauma Healing Intensive Program
Stabilize your nervous system. Heal what still hurts.
Designed for those carrying the lingering weight and pain of trauma—whether clearly remembered or deeply buried. This intensive program offers grounding, containment, and carefully paced work using EMDR, parts work, and somatic support.

🔹 Steady: An Anxiety + Overwhelm Intensive Program
Come back to yourself. Learn how to feel safe in your own skin.
Ideal for clients who live in a constant state of overdrive. We’ll explore the roots of your anxiety and build more capacity for rest, calm, and presence.

🔹 Clear: A Discernment Intensive Program
What’s true for you? Let’s find out.
When you’re facing a crossroads—in work, relationships, or life transition—this space supports clarity, self-trust, and grounded decision-making.

🔹 Release: A Grief + Letting Go Intensive Program
Honor what’s been lost. Make room for what’s next.
For those carrying grief that feels unspoken or unresolved. A space to name your pain, soften your grip, and begin to shift.

🔹 Driven: A High-Achiever Recovery Intensive Program
When success stops feeling like enough.
You’re tired of striving but unsure who you are without it. We’ll explore what your drive has protected—and what it might mean to feel enough, even when you’re not producing.

What to Expect

Therapy intensives aren’t just longer appointments or stretched-out versions of weekly therapy—they’re a deeper, more focused way to create real momentum. With extended time and uninterrupted focus, we can go beyond surface-level processing and stay with what's actually shifting. Clients often move through material in a few weeks that might have taken months in traditional therapy. Yes, the pace is sustainable—but it's also purposeful. You’ll feel the difference.

Some parts of your program may include movement, creative expression, or outdoor work; others may be more reflective or emotionally focused. We follow your system, your needs, and your goals for change.

In between parts of your program, you’ll have time to rest, integrate, and reflect. The space between is just as important as the work itself. You’re not expected to show up polished—you’re encouraged to show up real.

Path Forward & Investment

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Each Breakthrough Therapy Intensive Program is shaped around you—your needs, your timing, and your goals for healing. Here's how we structure that path together:

Pre-Intensive Planning Process (approx. 60 min – $360)
We’ll clarify your goals, assess readiness, and co-create your intensive path. You’ll also receive a personalized workbook to support your preparation and integration.

Breakthrough Work Sessions (90 min – 6 hrs – $180/hr weekdays | $200/hr weekends)
These in-person sessions at my Edmond, OK office are where we do the real work—paced and structured around your system. We may meet weekly, bi-weekly, or in longer spaced intervals based on your availability and capacity.

Integration and Reflection Meeting (30 min)
Once your intensive program concludes, we’ll reconnect to reflect on your experience, support integration, and explore what comes next.

Privacy & Payment
Because intensives are private pay, no mental health diagnoses are required or given, and no documentation is submitted to insurance. This ensures greater privacy and allows us to tailor the work more freely and respectfully.

Investment Details:

  • Private pay only; insurance and superbills are not available for intensives

  • A 50% deposit is required to book your planning process

  • Final payment for intensives is due 7 days before your scheduled work

  • Payment plans may be available—let’s talk if that would support your access to care

It’s easy to put off this kind of work.

Life is full. You’re managing a lot. And maybe part of you still believes, “I should be able to handle this on my own.” Or maybe it’s more subtle than that—a quiet question in the background: Do I really deserve this kind of care? Is it okay to want more than just getting by?

The truth is, there’s no perfect time to begin. There’s just a moment—a quiet, honest moment—when you realize:

  • You’re tired of carrying it all alone.

  • You’re done pretending it doesn’t affect you.

  • You’re ready to stop waiting for things to magically get better.

Breakthrough Therapy Intensives are for that moment.

For the brave, worn-out part of you that knows it’s time to stop circling the pain—and start moving through it. With real support. At a pace that actually works.

You don’t have to earn your way into healing. You just have to say yes to starting.

Is This Right for You?

Intensives may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel stuck despite past or ongoing therapy

  • Are carrying trauma, grief, or anxiety that needs more time and space

  • Need a flexible alternative to weekly sessions

  • Are ready to move toward change—not just insight

You don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re feeling the nudge, we can explore it together.

When Intensives May Not Be the Right Fit

To protect your safety and the integrity of the work, intensives are not recommended if you:

  • Have had inpatient psychiatric hospitalization within the past 6–12 months

  • Are actively suicidal or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others

  • Are in early recovery or actively using substances

  • Have recently started or changed psychiatric medications (within the past 6 weeks)

  • Are currently in crisis or experiencing acute instability

If you’re not sure whether an intensive is right for you, reach out—we’ll talk it through together and, if needed, I can help guide you toward a more appropriate level of care.
