Schedule a Consultation
A quiet first step toward meaningful change.
You don’t have to have the perfect words.
You don’t have to explain everything.
You don’t even have to know exactly what you need yet.
If something inside you is ready for support that is private, intentional, and real, you’re in the right place.

Still Unsure About Reaching Out?
That makes sense. This is a big step — especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own.
You don’t need to be certain.
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You just need a quiet sense that something inside you is ready for support.
If that’s where you are, I’ll meet you there.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
We will meet for 55 minutes, usually once a week. We may meet twice a week depending on how much support you need. I ask that for the first few months, new clients attend weekly so we can build a relationship, understand what is going on, and get momentum going on making changes and healing. From there we can work together to decide what frequency works best for you.
EMDR intensives and Couples Intensives have unique timeframes that allow for deeper healing.

If I don't currently accept your insurance, I am happy to provide a 'super-bill' for you to provide for your insurance so you can proceed on potentially being reimbursed for the services I provide. Once you obtain a superbill, it is your responsibility to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. Some people have been reimbursed up to 70% of the out of pocket cost by doing this.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

To bill insurance, I am legally required to assign a mental health diagnosis and submit it for reimbursement. This becomes part of your permanent health record. If you’re unsure whether you want a diagnosis on file, private pay may be a better fit. It allows for more privacy, no required label, and greater flexibility in treatment.
