I’m Kristen Callaway — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, trauma nerd, dark humor fan, and host of this podcast.

I work with adults who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life. People who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or lost — even if everything looks “fine” on the outside. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, burnout, or just the weight of being a human in this world, I’ve sat with a lot of it.

In therapy, I teach nervous system tools, grounding skills, and deep insight work — the kind that helps people feel more in control of their lives. The podcast? It’s the same vibe, just without the couch. (And yes, I still bring the fidgets and sarcasm.)
