 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes. Most clients meet weekly at the start — consistency matters when we're building trust and doing deeper work. As things shift we'll talk about what frequency makes sense for you.

  • The intake session is $160.

Ongoing individual therapy sessions are $150.

Intensive fees are listed on the EMDR and Couples Intensive pages.

Don't see your insurance? I can provide a superbill — a receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Some clients have been reimbursed up to 70% of their out of pocket cost this way.

  • If you're paying out of pocket or not using insurance, you have the right to a written estimate of expected costs before services begin. I'll provide this upon request or before scheduling. For more information visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • To bill insurance I'm legally required to assign a mental health diagnosis — and that becomes part of your permanent health record. If that doesn't feel right, private pay is worth considering. It means more privacy, no required label, and greater flexibility in how we work together. I'm happy to talk through what makes the most sense for your situation.

  • Regular therapy is a weekly 55-minute session over a period of months. It's a good fit for building skills, processing gradually, and having consistent support over time.

An intensive is a concentrated block of longer sessions designed to create real momentum faster. It works best for someone who's ready to go deep on something specific — whether that's a particular memory, a pattern that won't shift, or a relationship that needs focused attention — and doesn't want to stretch that work across months of weekly appointments.

Not sure which is right for you? Reach out and we can figure it out together.

  • Yes. I offer telehealth sessions to anyone located in Oklahoma.
